HCA Meeting

• Penelope Haas from the Kachemak Bay Conservation Society will talk about down sides to the proposed harbor expansion.
• Discuss the current state of the RQE program and develop a platform for implementation.
• Recap ADFG meeting and take aways.
• Develop a stance on the proposed harbor expansion and funding mechanisms on the spit.

This will likely be our last meeting before summer really gets going. Call in instructions will be emailed out the day of the meeting.
